Welcome to our brand-new designer apartment, fully renovated in March 2026, located in the modern Start Residential Complex at 30 Sholudenko Street. The apartment is just a short walk from Lukianivska Metro Station, close to Politekhnichnyi Instytut Metro Station, OHMATDYT Children's Hospital, and Smart Plaza Shopping Center.

Power outage friendly: the building is equipped with backup systems, so during power outages the elevators, water supply, heating, and internet connection continue to operate (internet access requires your own power bank for the router/device). The apartment stays exceptionally warm and comfortable at all times.

Underfloor heating in the bathroom is available for an additional fee of UAH 200 per day.
Guest Supplies
A complimentary starter set of essentials is provided in limited quantities for the first 1–2 days of your stay, including laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, shower gel, bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels, disposable slippers, toilet paper, garbage bags, tea, instant coffee sticks, and sugar.
After the initial supply is used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional personal and household items they may need during their stay.
Please note that capsules for the Dolce Gusto coffee machine are not provided and should be purchased by guests separately.

Start Residential Complex (2020-2023), 30 Sholudenka Street / 24 Kotarbynskoho Street
The complex consists of three modern residential buildings surrounding a large private courtyard. Each entrance is staffed by security personnel and equipped with key-card access and video surveillance for your safety and convenience.
The landscaped inner courtyard (currently undergoing final improvements) features a large children's playground, outdoor fitness equipment, sports areas, and relaxation spaces. Trendy cafés and coffee shops are conveniently located on the ground floors of the complex.
