Dear Guests!
We have been offering short-term apartment rentals in Kyiv's modern residential complexes since 2000.

As an interior designer, most of the apartments have been crafted by our design studio, allowing us to guarantee a high level of comfort and quality living conditions. We evaluate our business from a personal perspective—whether we ourselves would feel comfortable living in these apartments. Impeccable cleanliness is our standard, with bed linens and towels professionally laundered. I personally oversee the condition of all the apartments.

All of our apartments are located in new residential complexes and feature fresh renovations (from 0 to 4 years old). Some were even completed during the war.

All our complexes are equipped with generators, ensuring that elevators, water supply, and heating remain operational during power outages. Most of our complexes also feature shelters and parking facilities (available for an additional fee). Each apartment is equipped with heating control systems, air conditioning for summer, and fully functional kitchens with appliances from leading brands. Every apartment matches its photos and videos.

We’ve prepared everything you might need for your stay: bed linens, towels, disposable slippers, soap, shampoo, shower gel, tea, sugar, coffee, laundry detergent, and dishwasher powder for a few days. You’ll also find all the necessary cookware, microwaves, toasters, hairdryers, irons, and more.
