Accommodation rules

We have a few simple rules to keep all guests comfortable.

In our apartments, we always respect our clients and gladly welcome new guests. We try to make our apartments as comfortable as possible for living, therefore we ask you to keep the apartments clean, take off your street shoes and take good care of the interior.

 

- Check-in time for our apartments starts at 15:00 local time (14:00 by request). Check out time - until 11:00.

- it is forbidden to have parties, make noise, smoke, light candles, live with pets in the apartment, invite prostitutes over. The number of guests staying and additional bedding are negotiated in advance. The apartments are under video surveillance. Video cameras are located on the floor in a public place and do not violate the law of Ukraine. In case of violation of the rules, we will be forced to refuse your accommodation without money refund.

 

- Professional photo and video filming is possible only by prior agreement (cost on request).

- Booking available by 1st night non-refundable prepayment. Upon arrival payment is made at the time of check-in for the entire rental period, an insurance deposit is paid for the safety of property and the absence of a cigarette smell in the apartment. If you decide to leave earlier of the check out date, we could remove your paid days on your next visit. Payment is non-refundable.
